It's been over a year since "JohnnyHarden" levelled these spurious threats. I did some research and found that this person - whoever he is - is trying to obtain "copyrights" to over ten thousand names.
Fuck him to death.
The man calling himself “Johnny Harden” is believed to be a fake. The original (also known as Gene Carrier was alleged to have died in Italy (when he was a fashion model – and got the sack from the Ford Model Agency) some years ago.
As a bio group, we did some research, and he appears to have infiltrated a great many sites, groups and forums, and all have called his bluff. His lawyers seem to change names as often as he does. He claims to own the copyright of all pictures of the images of Johnny Harden – even those allegedly owned by studios such as Falcon!
He does not appear to have copyright. All he did (several days after we posted images of Johnny Harden) was to register the copyright name on 12 May 2012, and we lodged a formal complaint to the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
According to their records, he would, as a new applicant, have been assigned to an examining attorney approximately 3 months after filing date, but the information says he is not assigned to any law firm. There is, however a reference to someone calling himself a lawyer, but some sites say he’s not but an engineer? The details of this person, who was believed to have filed for registration and the “lawyer” for “Johnny Harden” is:

According to our files, the person claiming to be Johnny Harden is a person named Howard Oleary, of 1563 Queens Rd. Los Angeles California 90069.
We have called his bluff by asking via e-mail his lawyer (another firm in California) to produce documentation that the copyright of images of Johnny Harden and that he is Johnny Harden (who we believe had the real name of Gene Carrier?) has a legal right to them and why he should not be investigated by the FBI for alleged fraud. To date, no lawyers have responded to the request – so we have to assume that Johnny Harden (or to be more correct, Howard Oleary may have gone into hiding or is awaiting a visit from the cops!
He's a lying sack of shit.
Each of these images is in the public domain and can easily be found online.
I guess O'Leary/abhyanker (!) thinks he's dealing with grade school kids !
